About Danae: Living On Purpose with Faith & Intention
Hey there! I’m Danae—founder of On Purpose With Danae and a firm believer that every woman is called to live a life of intention, purpose, and unwavering faith.
Born and raised in the U.S., my journey to discovering the world didn’t begin until I was 21. Why? Because for a long time, international travel felt out of reach. Growing up, my family didn’t have the financial means to take lavish trips abroad. Instead, my mom—a strong and faith-filled single mother—did everything she could to expose us to history, culture, and learning. We explored museums, visited landmarks across the U.S., and immersed ourselves in books, documentaries, and anything that would expand our view of the world.
But deep down, I knew there was more. My heart longed to experience life beyond my familiar surroundings. I didn’t have a passport, let alone the funds to travel, but I refused to let that stop me. Through faith, determination, and taking intentional steps toward my dreams, I made it happen. While in college, I applied for a study abroad program in Rome, Italy—an opportunity that completely transformed my life. I studied Italian culture, walked the ancient streets I had once only read about, tasted the richness of authentic cuisine, and built lifelong friendships. That experience ignited something within me.
From there, God continued to open doors. I was selected as 1 of 20 students across the U.S. for a journalism program in Israel, where I analyzed media perceptions and met with political leaders—all expenses paid! What a blessing. Since then, I’ve traveled to 39 countries and counting, proving that when you trust God and take action, He will make a way.

Through On Purpose With Danae, my mission is to empower, inspire, and encourage women to step boldly into their God-given calling. I believe that every woman carries a unique purpose, and I want to help you embrace yours with confidence, faith, and intention. Whether you’re looking for motivation, practical strategies for growth, or spiritual encouragement, this space was created for you.
In addition to On Purpose With Danae, I also founded The Boss Girl Journey, a faith-driven community where women come together to study God’s Word, grow spiritually, and uplift one another. It’s more than a community—it’s a movement of women choosing to walk in faith, support each other, and pursue purpose together. You can subscribe below!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from UC Davis and an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. My heart for people drives everything I do. As a leader, motivator, and self-starter, my greatest joy comes from helping others recognize their potential and step into the life God has called them to live.
I truly believe that when women walk in their purpose, we all thrive. If my journey has taught me anything, it’s that God has a plan far greater than we can imagine—and with faith, courage, and action, we can turn our dreams into reality.
