Wash Day Routine

Curious which products work best when washing your hair? The key elements that I look for in shampoo and conditioner are:

Vegan formula

Paraben free

Sulfate free

No silicones

No artificial colors

This was my first time using Carol’s Daughter Wash Day products and I was thoroughly impressed. My hair felt clean, but not dry. My hair was not stripped of its moisture, which is very important. There was no excess build up of product and my hair was not oily.

The conditioner detangled & reduced my combing time significantly. I love that my hair felt so soft from these natural ingredients. I definitely recommend using these products for your wash day, no matter what type of hair you have.

My first small House Plant

I love plants, especially house plants! I don’t usually have too many plants because I travel so much. My husband and I are always on the go and it would break my heart to come home to dead plants after such a wonderful trip.

This Philodendron Birkin cost me $19 at Home Depot. Its beautiful and unique pinstripes on each leaf really caught my attention. It’s also a very trendy plant right now. It doesn’t need a ton of water and it needs moderate sunlight. I’ve placed it on a side table near our sliding glass door. We also have skylights so there’s plenty of natural light for our new plant babe.

I’m excited to nurture this beauty. Wish me luck!

I have to admit, these new Coola organic vegan skincare products are incredible. This is exactly what my skin was needing and craving and I had no idea. There’s so much natural goodness in each of these products. I immediately saw results after using for one day. My skin feels so much more hydrated and not dry or greasy. Product Review: Kraft Vinaigrettes

I love a good salad 🥗 & the dressing is KEY 🔑. Today I tried two new @kraft_brand vinaigrettes! One was Raspberry and the other was Roasted Garlic 🧄 . The Raspberry Vinaigrette is definitely a winner. 🥇 They both are delicious vinaigrettes and are perfect for a fun summer salad! ☀️ I’d actually even recommend using the roasted garlic vinaigrette as a marinade as well! 😋. Schnebly Redlands Winery Review

Thank you @schneblywinery for an amazing private winery tour! 🍷 JP was excellent & very informative.

If you’re ever in South Florida, I’d highly recommend a wine tour and wine tasting at Schnebly Redlands Winery. Such a beautiful estate with the perfect ambiance and great service! (They also follow CDC guidelines if you decide to go during this time).


We also made a lunch reservation at their restaurant on site, which was very pleasant. I loved that they had a separate #vegan menu.


During the tasting, our two fav wines were the Cat 3 Hurricane & Sweet Avocado 🥑. I’ve never had avocado wine before, but it was fantastic! I even learned how they make it, during the tour. I love that this winery specializes in exotic tropical fruit wine. So many delicious wine options! We also got to keep our branded wine glasses, which was cool! Special thanks to Chris, who made our experience great. 😊 The entire staff was very accommodating.

@Heinz Honeyracha Saucy Sauce is LITerally🔥. I definitely wasn’t expecting the flavor to be so powerful. It starts off with a sweetness that makes you think ‘hmmm this isn’t too bad’ THEN the spice hits you ANDDDDD it’s so good! Definitely recommend eating with sweet potato fries. (That’s my guilty pleasure) So yummy!
